Our Gin Pays homage to his best known work - Ulysses - a famously lovable and sometimes complex work of modernist fiction set on June 16th 1904 - known to Joycean’s worldwide as Bloomsday.
The label is 100% cotton, honouring the paper material used in the printing of the first edition of Ulysses in 1922. The blue box celebrates its iconic cover which pays tribute to both the Greek flag and The Odyssey - the framework for his epic novel.
Joyce’s distinctive Windsor spectacles appear on a beautiful natural wood cork. The horizontal lines recall how he was a visionary with impaired vision!

The nose is sweet and delicate, with hints of citrus and heather, giving way to a robust and full-bodied Irish Gin. The warm spice of clove appears but does not overwhelm the palate. Bay leaf lingers throughout while heather and orange unexpectedly conclude.
A garnish of fresh orange and premium tonic water brings to life the citrus peel, creating a smooth and rewarding taste.
