If you have collected your order, goods can be returned by post or in person to the address below within 45 days of the collection date on your order. You will need to provide a copy of your receipt/order number and the item(s) must be completely unused and in a resalable condition. We will endeavour to reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please report any breakages or damages to us within 24 hours of order receipt. If a product is defective in any way, please return it as soon as possible after becoming aware of the defect and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and postage.
