If you have received your order, you may return the items either via mail or in person to the address provided below within 45 days from the date of order collection. Please ensure that you include a copy of your receipt or order number, and the items must remain completely unused and, in a condition, suitable for resale. We will make every effort to process your reimbursement within 14 days after receiving your returned goods. This policy does not impact your statutory rights.
In the event of breakages or damages, please report them to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you discover any defects in a product, please return it promptly upon noticing the issue. We will either send you a replacement or refund the cost of the product along with postage fees.
