Since its inception, Koonunga Hill has always aimed to deliver quality, value and consistency. The original 1976 Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet is a legendary wine that is still drinking well today. A perennial favourite at Re-corking Clinics and at auction, collectors highly value its quality and longevity.
Koonunga Hill Seventy Six is a multi-regional South Australian blend of Shiraz and Cabernet, a wine style that has played a pivotal role.
COLOUR: Crimson with a glossy and bright lustre.
NOSE: An instant ascent of fruits… lifted raspberry fruit jube/fruit pastille. Moroccan spices and vanilla pod shroud meaty/crackling elements … very Penfolds, very Koonunga Hill! A skerrick of cedar oak /pencil shavings; a reminder of the wine’s age at this point –undoubtedly soon to be absorbed & concealed.
PALATE: Balanced and complete.
Spicy and fruit-driven… however, this time it is blackberry not raspberry jubeson palate.
Non-obtrusive, yet just recognisable oak detected on finish.
Softened tannins and ‘just-right’ acidity invoke textural allure.

Terminal 2 Departures: After you pass through the security screening area, walk through the shopping area and you will see the Click & Collect Collection Desk at the end of the walkway.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: Immediately after you pass through the customs screening area, you will see The Loop arrivals shopping area on your right. Our collection point is located here.
Cork:
Departures: Directly after security, at the Click & Collect desk in The Loop store
Arrivals: At the Information Desk in the Arrivals Hall
*All orders for collection in Cork airport must be placed at least 72 hours in advance
