Exclusively released for the Irish Whiskey Collection, there are only 678 bottles of the 27 year old Bourbon Cask available.
The 27 Year Old Bourbon Cask is a limited edition rare, cask strength (52.1 % ABV) and non chill-filtered Irish single malt. It represents the next bold step for Bushmills, one that honours the giants and generations before us and the incomparable natural landscape in which its forged.
This unparalleled single malt was distilled in 1994, maturing in third-fill bourbon barrels for six years. It was then recasked into first-fill bourbon barrels from Kentucky, USA, where it spent an incredible 21 further years. First-fill means it is the first-time whiskey has been added to these casks, giving Bushmills’ single malt beautifully intense vanilla notes that evolve into creamy crème brûlée over time, complemented by gentle waves of cinnamon spice. The result is a unique straw gold whiskey, the colour belying the richness, and the sweet and spicy balance. Bushmills’ signature fruitiness comes to the fore in the finish, which bursts with tropical fruit notes. It’s a sensational whiskey that stands with the best of Irish single malt, a giant in its own right.

Terminal 2 Arrivals: Immediately after you pass through the customs screening area, you will see The Loop arrivals shopping area on your right. Our collection point is located here.
