Founded by cousins and lifelong friends Patrick and Michael O’Shaughnessy with a vision to make world-class whiskeys worthy of their rich Irish American heritage and create a brand home that brings people together, located in their hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
In 2021 Brian Nation, former Midleton master distiller moved his Family to Minnesota and the distillery he designed and commissioned in Minneapolis will be two years old next month.
Keepers Heart is the most awarded new Whiskey and two different Keepers Heart whiskeys will be available in Dublin and Cork Airports. Keepers Heart Irish+American Whiskey and Keepers Heart irish+American Whiskey.
Keepers Heart Irish+Bourbon (59% Bourbon and 41% Irish)
A blend of triple distilled Irish Grain Whiskey, Pot Still and American Bourbon Whiskey.
Both the Grain and Pot Still Whiskeys are aged in refill American Bourbon Barrels and the American Bourbon is aged in Virgin new American Oak.
Nose: Rich caramel in a freshly baked pecan pie
Palate: Peppery with some herbal notes and sweet with vanilla malt shake, cocoa, tootsie roll
Finish: Lingering pleasant sweet rich wood
The mash bills are:
• Grain, Maize (Corn) & between 4-6% Malted Barley
• Pot Still, Malted and Unmalted Barley.
• Bourbon 71% Maize (Corn), 21% Rye & 8% Malted Barley.
• Age 4-6 years
• 46% ABV 92 Proof natural Colour.
Gerard says "Bourbon Pepper mellowed by the Irish Pot Still Creaminess. A lovely Bourbon finish with Barley cereal notes. The Whiskey has a lovely kick from the Bourbon and complexity from the Irish Pot Still"
With our FREE Click & Collect service, you can now place your order up to 12 hours in advance of collection and pick it up from one of our convenient collection points in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in Dublin airport or in Cork airport (72 hours in advance for Cork).
Prefer to travel handsfree? You can shop online before you fly and collect your purchases on your arrival back into Ireland. We only need 12 hours* to prepare your order and we’ll have it ready and waiting for you at the Click & Collect desk in the Arrivals Hall. There are so many ways to shop at theloop.ie

Terminal 1 Arrivals: After you pass through Customs and enter the Arrivals Hall, the Click & Collect desk is conveniently located on your right.
Terminal 2 Departures: After you pass through the security screening area, walk through the shopping area and you will see the Click & Collect Collection Desk at the end of the walkway.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: Immediately after you pass through the customs screening area, you will see The Loop arrivals shopping area on your right. Our collection point is located here.
Cork:
Departures: Directly after security, at the Click & Collect desk in The Loop store
Arrivals: At the Information Desk in the Arrivals Hall
