What is Shop & Collect?

You can buy instore at The Loop before you depart and have your order stored at our Shop & Collect desk. You can pick up your order on your return to Ireland.

What is Click & Collect

You can buy before you fly on www.theloop.ie, then pick up your products at the airport before you board the plane or on your return. Choose from a wide range of products from theLoop.ie and get the same great prices as in stores.

Where are Shop & Collect and Click & Collect available?

These services are available to all passengers travelling from any airport and arriving into Dublin or Cork Airport. 

Do I need to be flying to use the service?

Yes, you must be a traveller and be in possession of a valid boarding card to use these services.

How do I pick up my Click & Collect order?

When checking out your order online, you are asked which location you wish to pick up your order. You can pick up your order on departure or arrival to Dublin and Cork airports.

What products are available to buy through TheLoop.ie?

You can buy a wide range of products such as alcohol, confectionery, fragrance, makeup, skincare, souvenirs and fashion.  We have an extensive range of luxury brands available.

Can I buy Alcohol on www.theloop.ie

Yes, customers travelling within the European Union can purchase alcohol products at duty-paid prices.

For passengers travelling to a Duty-Free destination outside the European Union we are currently unable to sell alcohol products on line

However, you can browse an extensive range of alcohol brands and make your purchase on arrival instore. 

What age do I need to be to buy alcohol?

You must be over the age of 18 in order to purchase alcohol online or in store.

Can I buy Tobacco on www.theloop.ie?

Tobacco is not sold on www.theLoop.ie. Tobacco products can be purchased in store.

Where are the Collection Points located?

Dublin Airport - Terminal 1 Departures

  • After you pass through the security screening area, turn right.
  • Proceed straight until you reach the new Perfume & Cosmetics store.
  • TheLoop.ie Collection point is located within The Loop Perfume & Cosmetics store on the left hand side, beside the cosmetic till points.
  • TheLoop.ie Collection point is signposted throughout the shopping areas. Should you have any difficulty finding it, please do not hesitate to ask a member of The Loop team – they will be happy to assist you.

 

Dublin Airport - Terminal 2 Departures:

  • After you pass through the security screening area, walk through into the shopping area. The Loop store is on your left.
  • TheLoop.ie Collection point is located towards the back of The Loop store, between the cosmetics and the liquor area.
  • TheLoop.ie Collection point is signposted throughout the shopping areas. Should you have any difficulty finding it, please do not hesitate to ask a member of The Loop team – they will be happy to assist you

 

Dublin Airport - Terminal 1 Arrivals:

  • After you pass through the customs screening area, walk through into the arrival’s area and turn right.
  • Proceed straight until you reach the Shop & Collect desk.
  • TheLoop.ie Collection point is located at this desk.
  • Should you have any difficulty finding it, please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff – they will be happy to assist you.

 

 

Dublin Airport - Terminal 2 Arrivals:

  • After you pass through the customs screening area, walk through into the arrival’s shopping area. The Loop store is on your right.
  • TheLoop.ie Collection point is located at The Loop till point.

Cork Airport:

  • After you pass through security screening, continue straight to The Loop shopping area.
  • The Loop.ie Collection point is located at the right hand side of the bank of registers before you exit The Loop.

How can I return my order?

If your order has already been collected, goods can be returned by post within 45 days of the collection date on your order.
