The Loop gives you a promise – Never beaten by downtown prices or double the difference refunded*.
We are so committed to our price promise that we will refund customers double the difference on any item purchased in The Loop if they find that it is available for less in a comparable store or outlet downtown.
If a customer finds any item they have purchased in The Loop is cheaper downtown, they are invited to send full details to The Loop Customer Service, Dublin Airport (or email CustomerService@theloop.ie) within 21 days of their purchase.
The Loop Customer Service Team will check the lower price and product availability and will arrange to refund the customer double the difference if we have not delivered on our promise.
