Shop & Collect is a first for an Irish airport and only four other European airports offer a similar collection service. Since its launch the service has had a marked impact on retail sales with average Shop & Collect transaction values 4 times higher than non Shop & Collect transactions. Our customers are buying much more, now that we’ve made it easier for them.

It has been chosen in the Public Service category of the Innovation awards. A total of 282 companies and organisations registered for the awards and DAA’s Shop & Collect is one of only 17 that will go forward for final judging. 

The category and overall winners will be announced in late March.
