What is the Click and Pick-up service?

Click And Pick-up is a new online shopping service that is available at www.theloop.ie that allows you to buy goods from The Loop at Dublin Airport in advance of your flight departure. You can shop online before you fly and pick up your products when you get to the airport.

Where is this service available?

Click and Pick-up is currently only available at The Loop at Dublin Airport

Do I need to be flying to use the service?

Yes you must be flying from Dublin Airport to use this online shopping service and your products must be collected at the designated collection point in The Loop at Dublin Airport. However, if you are returning through Dublin Airport and wish to collect your purchases on arrival, you can avail of our Shop and Collect service after boarding card validation at the Click and Pick-up collection point.  

Where do I collect my products?

The Click and Pick-up collection point is located in The Loop at Dublin Airport.  You should make your way to the shopping area to your right after passing through the security check point. The collection point is well signposted. Click here to view a map.

What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?

In order to pick up your order, you will need a form of photographic ID, for example your passport or drivers license. All flights require passengers to have a valid form of identification, which differs depending on the airline you are travelling with, and we will accept each of these varying forms of identification.

What are the opening hours of the collection point?

The collection point is open from 04:00 to 22:00 daily, 7 days a week.

Are there any restrictions around when I can place an order?

It is possible to place your order a maximum of 4 weeks and a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your scheduled flight departure time.

What products are available to buy through Click and Pick-up?

There is a selection  of our top selling products from The Loop at Dublin Airport available to purchase online.   Some of the best savings that are available at The Loop are also now available through this service.

Can I buy alcohol and Tobacco through Click and Pick-up?

No. Alcohol and tobacco products are not available to purchase through the Click and Pick-up service. However you can purchase alcohol directly in The Loop at Dublin Airport. Tobacco is only available to purchase at The Loop at Dublin Airport to those passengers travelling outside the EU.

 

Why is there no ‘add to basket’ icon beside some products?

If the ‘add to basket’ icon is not present for a certain product, this indicates that this item is currently out of stock.

How can I select to buy more than one unit of any particular product?

When you select your product you can click on the wording beside the basket icon at the top of the screen where it indicates how many items you currently have in your basket. This link will take you to your shopping basket. Here a drop-down list will appear beside each item in your shopping basket and you can select multiple units of the item that you have already chosen.  When you have selected the number of products you would like to purchase, click ‘update basket’. At this point you an either continue shopping or checkout.

Can I add more products to my order once I have completed my order?

Once your order has been completed it cannot be amended. If you would like to remove an item from your order, you can return these items at the Click and Pick –up collection point when you pick up your order. If you would like to purchase additional items once your order has been completed, you will need to place a new online order. All orders will be waiting for you  at the collection point on your specified date of departure.

Can I return something that I have purchased online?

If you have purchased a product(s) online using the Click and Pick-up service and you would like to return it, the standard returns policy of The Loop applies. Please click here for returns policy.

What happens if I forget to collect my products at the collection point?

You should contact The Loop Customer Service Team at 1 800 747 747 and they will be able to arrange a new pick up date.

What happens to my order if my flight is cancelled?

You should contact The Loop Customer Service Team at 1 800 747 747 and they will arrange a refund. Alternatively if you are due to travel in the near future you may opt for a new pick up date.

 

Can I have my products delivered to my home?

Home delivery is not part of the Click and Pick-up service.
