Where do I collect my products?

You can collect your products at theloop.ie collection points at Dublin, Cork and Shannon Airport.

What is online shopping?: Online shopping allows you to purchase items from The Loop website before you arrive at the airport. You simply buy before you fly and pick up your products at the airport before you board the plane.

Where is this service available?: This service is available to all passengers over the age of 18 travelling from Dublin, Cork or Shannon Airports.

Do I need to be flying to use the service?: Yes you must be in possession of a valid boarding card to use this service.

What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?: You will need to provide: - Order confirmation email from The Loop - Photographic I.D - Boarding card including onward boarding card if applicable - Credit card used to pay for your order

What are the opening hours of the collection point?: The collection points will be open from 4am to the time of the last departing flight from Dublin, Cork and Shannon Airport.

Are there any restrictions around when I can place an order?

Yes. Orders made online will generally need to be 48 hours in advance of travel.

Depending on your date and time of travel, the website will automatically calculate the advance purchase period at the Checkout stage.

Can I buy Tobacco on this website

It is currently not possible to buy Tobacco on TheLoop.ie.

Tobacco products can be purchased in the airport terminal.

Can I buy Alcohol on this website?

Yes, customers travelling within the European Union can purchase alcohol products at duty-paid prices.

If you are travelling to a Duty-Free destination outside the European Union, we are not currently able to sell alcohol products online. However you can browse the range of products and duty-free prices, then make your purchase when you arrive into the airport shops.

What products are available to buy through TheLoop.ie?: You can buy a wide range of products including alcohol, confectionery, fragrance, make up and skincare.

Does anyone else see the information I provide to TheLoop.ie?: We respect your privacy. The information you provide will not be given to any third party without your express consent. Read our Privacy Policy for additional information.

Why is there no ‘add to basket’ icon beside some products?: This will occur if the product is not available for online purchase but is for sale in one of our airport stores.
